I probably am hitting around 10 million, 900 ecto, 1k lockpicks, a few rare minis, sweettooth, lucky unlucky title, weapons....etc. and it is really easy to spend a lot. Not regretting a thing, bought the items because I wanted to, and because I could afford it.

Im quite stingy actually. I'd say about 500-750K...Don't know if that has happened to anyone, but have you ever unconciously delete the wrong character that you wanted to delete? It happened to my warrior who was highly specialised with celestials and Primeval :'(. So now my mule of a character sits there, reminding me of what i have done

well over a million. every warrior armor (and 15k duplicates for certain insigs), over half of the sin and mesmer, rit and ranger 15ks, all black dyed (i love being mysterious :P), every mini except the hyper rares (many duplicates over time), tons of high end weapons, and general play money..

i wouldnt doubt if i've spent a good 100 million gold over 2 years tbh.

i wasted like 300k from doing quest during the celestial new years made like 500k and spent 300k on 15k kurz armor bought all suplies from merchent and dyed it all white and white dye at the time was around 8k-10k ech now there like 3k ech =[

hmm i say about 4mill+
have 2 fow sets..many 15k armor since that was kool when only proph was out ^^ hmm maybe wasted more since only proph was out alot of the greenies were rare and i wanted to buy one..i remeber i bought one for...350k+ or less.. it was the razorstone

+ other weps.. probly add up to atleast a mill or so XD

Probably < 150k

- Got scammed into selling 6 or 7 ectos for 42k
- Deleted characters with max armor: 1 warrior and 3 assassins; only bought 1 max armor set for each, so up to 40k total lost across all 4 (being generous about material losses).
- I've sinked a lot of money into redying armors (before the dye preview was added). Its hard to guess how much so I'll just say 10-50k.

If we're counting stuff that I still have something to show for (which seems to be a popular way to [mis]interpret this thread topic)...
- Earning "Lucky (2)": 200k
- Buying Elite armor: 500k
- Getting Festival hat npc: 10k
- Wasting thousands of hours on a game - priceless

not much at all.
lets see.
never deleted a level 20 toon (only the starter ones that were mules). =0
never bought weapons for more than 5k (and then I think only 1) =5
never salvaged the wrong thing (did some reg salvage kits but they arent worth much, never used sup vigors-never had the cash to buy one) =0

but I do have more than one set of armor on most of my characters though they do use most of them (my main monk has a set of reg and 55hp tats), do we include this in 'waste'? (if so then I have wasted, if not then no).

so without the excess armor my total is, 5k.
Maybe I am more careful than most people, dont know.

7k chest on treasure,5k id on wisdom, r4 on lucky, 3x skill hunter

3 fow's(2 of them are on chars i Don't even play)+some 15k sets,around 2.5 mil or something.Not that I care too much,what else can you do with the money?

Probably 2-3 million... a lot of deleted armor sets, skill hunter titles, and I spend a lot every single day.. on various things.

I always buy high / sell low (and i usually resell alot) so lose a ton of money there. No exact number, but things like:

Bought asura from an american before euro mags had it for 90k. Us europeans then get the mag, i resell for 20k.

Numerous dye combo's on the same armour with 5 blacks and/or whites.

Ranger: 15k Canthan: 75k
Dwarven, glasses: about 80k after buying materials
Unid R10 Storm bow that I got lucky on: 25k (+5e, +30!)
Rotwing back when it cost money: 35k
Unids hoping to get lucky: 25k
Destroyer Longbow: 70k in materials
Bow of the Kinslayer : 65k
Soooo.....375k on ranger

Rit: About 10k for good staffs: greens and golds
Asuran Armor and materials: About 60k
Black Dye for old Seitung 1.5k armor 28k
Materials for 1.5k Seitung armor (Monstrous Claws, fangs ftl!) 20k
Seitung Armor: 7.5k
Grinning Recurve bow to play Splinter Barrage rit: 10k
Sooooo.....135k

About 90k in cap sigs
I lost about 20k on a buy / resell darn bone dragon. I got it and was just looking at it, muttering "wtf" the whole time.
About 20k on Ceratadon
75k on Spear of the Heirophant for my para, and 25k for a green Mallyx shield

And then countless small trades and sales and other things I've forgotten about: candy canes and cupcakes, free money to guildies, and so on.

So almost a million, and probably much more, considering all the runes, armor, and so on on my other "minor" characters.

About four 1.5k armour sets (not including headpiece) - 24k
One Chaos Axe accidentally sold to merchant - 80k (I think)

So really, only around 104k (possibly less).

Oh jeez, where to begin. o_O;

* Mesmer with 4 sets of 15k deleted
* Ele with 5 sets of 15k deleted
* Ele with 1 set of 15k deleted
* Monk with 7 sets of 15k deleted + a set of fow deleted (when it cost around 1.2 mil)
* War with 3 sets of 15k deleted one of which was 15K kurz when amber was 1k a piece...
* Necro with 15k armor
* Sin with 2 sets of 15k armor
* A set of 15K sunspear on war
* Necro with 5 sets of 15K and her FoW will be deleted this coming June/July too.
* Drunkard on a char that hit the title then no longer was my main
* Sweet tooth on a char that hit the title then no longer was my main
* 100K wasted on skill hunter for a char that stopped being my main

And that's the stuff I deleted which easily goes into a couple of Mil. I'd be here all day if I went into the stuff I still have ^_^. Again, a couple of mil there.

Would I do it all again? Hell yeah
